Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Participants may cancel their registration after a course has begun. In such cases, a refund of 80% of the remaining sessions will be issued. Please note: There is no trial period. Refunds are calculated based on unused sessions only. Missed Classes Policy: If a participant cannot attend a session, they may reschedule for a different class of equal value, provided they notify us at least 48 hours in advance. No formal make-up classes are offered. There is no limit to the number of missed classes, as long as the rescheduling policy is followed. Code of Conduct: Parents must remain present during sessions for children under the age of 4. No food or snacks are allowed inside the studio. Younger siblings who are not registered may not attend. Phones are allowed, but must be used respectfully. We aim to maintain a safe, calm, and creative environment for all participants.
